At American Vintage Screenprint, we pride ourselves on offering an unmatched customer service experience. Our years of experience in the screen printing business have given us tremendous insight into the needs of our customers and the problems that may arise throughout the ordering process. We have developed this website to alleviate as many of those issues as possible, and streamline the process of getting your garments ordered, printed, and delivered to you.
Step 1: Choose Your Garments
We've carefully selected a wide variety of garments to fit the needs of our customers. Browse our selections and pick out what you'll need. On each product page, there are several options to choose from. The base price for one garment is listed on each product page.
First, pick your garment color. Each product has a unique set of colors.
Second, how many colors is your first logo? Select between 1 and 6 colors.
If you have multiple print locations (up to 4), choose the number of colors for those locations as well.
Next, if you wish to provide us your artwork now, you can upload your file(s) here.
The last step is to pick your sizes. Once you've selected how many of each size you'd like, add them to your cart. We have a minimum of 6 garments per order. If you need fewer than 6, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll see what we can do for you.
Once you're ready to buy, you can choose to create an account. This just takes an email and a little bit of info. If you create an account, we are able to provide more accurate shipping information, save payment details, as well as offering coupon codes and other discounts.
Step 3: Check Out
Okay, so you've picked your garments, created an account, and you're ready to pay. All payment transactions are secure, and we accept major credit cards as well as PayPal. Enter the payment method of your choice and complete your transaction.
Step 4: Okay, what now?
You've successfully ordered your garments. Next, American Vintage Screenprint gets to work. We bring in your garments from our manufacturing partners, prep your artwork for printing, and send a digital proof to confirm size, placement, ink colors, and all other details of your order.
We won't put ink on a shirt until you're 100% satisfied with the artwork and have given your approval. Once you have given us the go-ahead, our highly skilled printers begin the process of hand-printing your artwork onto your garments. After the printing is completed, your order is boxed up into a hand-stamped American Vintage Screenprint box, and can either be picked up at our facility or shipped anywhere within the contiguous United States. Our typical turnaround from artwork approval to shipping is 6 business days.
